This Isle of Mull cheese is a perfect accompaniment for your cheeseboard ....but it doesn't take like any other cheddar !  This is due to the traditional methods of producing this cheese and also the unusual diet of the cows who produce the milk. They are fed on fermented grain from the nearby Tobermory whisky distillery.

It’s matured for 8 months and it’s strong , sharp and slightly salty ..
