MOROCCAN BEEF JERKY

looking for something a little different to snack on rather than crisps or nuts ?? 

Well how about some super spicy beef jerky created by Tom in Glasgow ..and here's what he has to say about it : 

'We’re closer to Culloden than Casablanca, but that didn’t stop us creating an amazing tagine mix that works perfect for jerky.'


Ingredients: Beef, Soy Sauce (allergen), Sea Salt,, Mint, Garlic, Coriander, Crushed Chillies, Caraway, Chilli Powder, Curing Salt (nitrates).

Allergens: Soy, Wheat, Nitrates.
