This multi award winning Scottish Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil has a fresh light taste, is extremely versatile and can be used in salad dressings, salsas and marinades. With its high burning / flash point of 240oC the oil can also be used for roasting, baking and in your stir-fries.

White Truffle Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
A perfect finishing oil for pasta, risottos and mushroom dishes. A truly outstanding addition to any risotto. I love to mix pancetta and chanterelle mushrooms with risotto rice and then just before taking the plates to the table, swirl a little of the truffle oil into the dish. The vibrant yellow colours and great aromas really finish it off.
