SUPPLY CHAIN 

Please be aware due to the current global situation , supply chains and staffing levels are affected in every business -  this makes working just now , sourcing products and packaging all very difficult. 

Please be aware of this before ordering,  sometimes we need to substitute products or packaging that may not be as the image shown. Times are very strange just now and we do appreciate your understanding . 

We will always substitute the same value or higher value products and as near to what was originally ordered . Please leave a contact number so we can contact you if we do come into any major supply chain issues.

COURIER

We will always do our best to ensure that the orders leave in time for the date requested -

but please be aware there are delays just now via the courier system and we cannot take responsibility for any orders that do not arrive on time , once they have left us here at Clan Artisan. 

Please leave an up to date delivery contact number for the recipient of the gift , and any special delivery instructions in the 'notes' section. This helps with any potential delivery issues. 

You will also receive an email or text message from the courier service with an update on your order when its in transit - with the contact details that you have left via our website. 

SUBSTITUTIONS 

We work with many small businesses and sometimes we can’t restock their products in time to fulfill your order, so we may need to substitute flavours or products . We would add same or higher value products . 

PACKAGING 

Packaging may look different to images , as this changes from season to season.  We will use what we have available at the time of your order.
