A Wee Note About Delivery 📦

As a small independent business, we might not be able to compete with Amazon’s speedy deliveries, but we can promise that every order is packed with care and a personal touch. ❤️

As we’re a busy wee shop, we dispatch online orders twice a week. We’ll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery – £5.50 flat rate

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service, and occasional delays can happen.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t turn up, please get in touch through our website chat or email enquiries@clanartisan.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for shopping small and supporting our wee independent business. It really does mean the world to us! ❤️
