Here are some answers to some of our Frequently Asked Questions: 

I can't work the website to create my order? 

That's no problem at all. Just give us a call or email us (enquiries@clanartisan.co.uk) and we will help get you sorted. 

Can I change the products in a curated box? 

Yes this is no problem at all, everyone has different tastes and we want the recipient to enjoy their box.

Just contact us directly on enquiries@clanartisan.co.uk and we can add an alternative product and work out any price difference there may be or alternatively, you can create your own box on the website.   

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

We aim to dispatch your order when we receive it (Monday - Thursday). We don't send anything over the weekends. We use a courier service from APC and they normally delivery the next day (postcode dependant). 

We will contact you if we encounter any delays at our end.

APC will contact you directly with your delivery status, so please leave a contact number or email when you place your order. 

Where do you ship to? 

All over the UK. We can ship to other countries but please contact us directly to discuss. We can also deliver locally (Stirling area) for a small fee and pick up is free. 

What if my gift arrives damaged / doesn't arrive / isn't right?  

These things can happen but if we muck up, or our couriers we use do, we will always sort it.  We always want our customers to be happy so please just get in touch. 

Missing box?

We can track your gift box and find out where it is and send an alternative out if it goes missing on route. 

Broken items? 

Send us a picture of the broken items and we will get a replacement sent out to the recipient ASAP.  We will always do our utmost to sort any issues and make things right. 

My order is a gift and I don't want any receipts to be in the box? 

We never add the receipt to any gifts, so don't worry what you paid is our secret.

My gift looks different from the image on your website? 

We use lots of different products made from various small businesses, sometimes we can't get the products made quick enough for your order date, so we have to substitute items.

Sometimes the packaging changes and the colours of shred / box too. It's a supply chain issue just now.  We always do our best to ensure the products are as close to what you ordered.  Please leave a contact number with your order so we can contact you if need be. 

We appreciate your understanding with this. It's difficult to manage behind the scenes but we will do our best for you, our valued customers. 

 Do you offer corporate gifting?

We sure do! We are always very busy with our corporate clients. Just contact us directly and we can work to your own budget and needs.
