Jam Bothy Jams and Marmalades

The Jam Bothy range of jams and marmalades  is created by hand in small batches using local Scottish fruit, just like their gin.

Gin Bothy preserves are award winning and are hand-made the traditional way in small batches. The Jams are made using the fresh seasonal fruit calendar of Scotland, and the marmalades contain Bothy spirits for an extra zing!

The Jams contain no artificial preservatives so once opened keep in the fridge.

Strawberry & Champagne Jam

Ingredients: Strawberries, sugar, pectin, citric acid, Champagne (2%)
