The Cat’s Pyjamas coffee blend has been specially blended to produce an authentic espresso flavour.
Combining Arabica (80%) and Robusta (20%) coffee beans, slowly roasted to produce a deep complex taste with a hint of chocolate and slightly sweet undertone, The Cat’s Pyjamas is ideally suited to prepare milk based drinks such as cappuccino and latte as the flavour really cuts through the milk.
Packed in valve sealed foil bags to ensure the ultimate in freshness too.
Medium - bodied with a tangy grapefruit acidity , leading to soft notes of dark chocolate and spice on the lingering, smoky finish .
